Banner for the forums.

THIS BANNER IS MEANT FOR A DARK BACKGROUND LIKE THE FORUMS, NOT FOR A LIGHT BACKGROUND LIKE RUNELOCUS!
If you want a banner for RuneLocus, just ask me I'll make another or I'll change the colors to make it good for a light background.
(It gets cut off because it's too big, but it will fit for where the banner is supposed to be)
