I was wondering if we can sort out this situation with staff at the moment because when I was on a few days ago I saw about 5 Co owners.

Up to you Para and Rev but how does this sound?

Owners: Para, Revolution
Co-Owners, Me (Doom) and 1.
Admins Zammypks and your other admin idk who it is.
Mods *anyone who you think is truely worthy of this position* only about 3 to start with as we build up with players we should think about more.

P.S Revolution if you did not get my post reply about the Graphics team, It's Ok

However I am willing to help you in anyway I can to improve on some areas on forums, which includes banners, signatures or even a background for chatbox, you name it I'll make it. Cheers

Personally if you want my judgment there are way to many staff members. I haven't seen the max player count including staff go past 10. There should be about 1 staff member per 15-20 players.

That is still 7 staff members for according to Revo 29 players and max 10 on at a time. That is a lot of staff and I'm going to bring math into this it is 1:4 (1 staff member to about every 4.2 players.) That is a lot of staff. Narrow down your choices and don't be afraid to deny applications. Remember applications mean shit they are only words. 1 could have spent 5 hours on his application for all you guys know and you still promoted him.

Yeah you do have a point

I have tons of experience being a owner. I can run a server and keep it under control without staff powers. Remember on Lethal's Para zammy? Lethal had to get me to stop everyone. I stopped dupers, hackers, etc. without having to use the files. I know my way on how to run a server and the first thing that needs to be fixed which I doubt will be is the staff amount.
