Staff members Empty Staff members

I was in staff abuse and I see co owners, admins, mods, etc. how many staff members do you guys have? There is what 30 players and you guys have been through like 10 staff members. I'm just kinda confused are they donating for the positions or are they just getting them given to them?

Yes there is alot of staff members... Theres over 6 admin+ and i have talked with para about this but i just dont know.
