Some questions

I have not been on para and i dont wanna waste my time downloading a shitty server. so please can some of you guys answer these questions so i could decide whether to download or not.

1.Are there many dupers? (dont wanna take chances of losing stuff when server is restarted)
2.How is the staff? (lest time the staff was shit)
3.Anything new?(i really wont believe if anything Is new. it was perfect last time)

Well this is all i wanna ask.
