Donation Agreement

Please take a moment to review these rules detailed below. If you agree with them, then you may proceed. No one from Jagex, associated with Jagex or any such affiliated company or anyone directed by Jagex or its Related companies is permitted to enter or view any content contained within at any time.
These items are property of Jagex LTD. and are not being sold.
Donation items are exclusively rewards for your consideration into donating to Paradise. You're not paying for any service, you're donating to keep the server up.
Paradise will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you unexpectedly did not receive your donation reward within (5) days, and don't have any proof of your donation, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your donation refund on the forums, and we will review your case.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.

You agree to give up all legal rights towards Paradise when donating.
